We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged ( obvious leakage due to bad handling during shipping process or due to damage in the bottle ). or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and feed you back if you are eligible for a replacement.
Customer is asked to provide clear photos and a short video proving the damage / leakage upon receiving the package from the courier.
Eligibility is depending on the severity of leakage or damage.
evaluation of the replacement eligibility will takes from 2-6 working days, while handling of the replacement package and shipping it again to the customer will take the same time frame as a new order.

Contact Person "Ayman Ahmed", If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the correct product in case the wrong product was sent or a replacement of the defective product in case you receive a defective product or the product has leakage. You will not be requested to return the received package again.
